  • WHAT BRANDS DOES NEÏCY CARRY?

Neïcy is a Toronto-based one-stop shop that curates designers, manufacturers collections of trendy women’s clothing and accessories. From Paris to Toronto, we bring in special brands with limited edition products from all over the world exclusively for you. From New Rebels to Ichi and self branded, all the brands are listed under each product names.

  • HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?

We carry many different brands, our sizing fluctuates slightly between brands, but all styles generally fit fairly small. If you are ordering anything that has a tailored fit, we recommend you to order a size up.

  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. We accept credit cards and cash in person.

  • ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SECURED?

We take payment security extremely seriously. Our payment page is on a verified secured socket layer (SSL) that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

  • WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically when you pay with another currency.

  • WHERE DOES NEÏCY SHIP TO? AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We ship worldwide! From Canada to Australia and Singapore, we ship wherever you want your black and yellow package to be delivered. When checking out, you will be able to enter your address and your preferred shipping option (with or without tracking, ground or air). We Please email us at info@neicyshop.com if you have any questions.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As we know all of you are impatient to receive your orders, we strive to process them right away to a maximum of 4 business days from the day of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and destination. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

  • WILL I GET CHARGED FOR TAXES / DUTIES?

We are required to collect HST sales tax. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Neïcy Inc. cannot control and take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Neïcy, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Neïcy. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

  • HOW DO COUPON CODES WORK?

Occasionally we will provide coupon codes with special offers and discounts. These can be found in emails, on social media, or at promotional events. Discount codes can be entered at the checkout screen.

Coupon codes are for one time use only and we reserve the right to suspend their usage at any moment. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

  • DO YOU OFFER ANY PRICE MATCH/ADJUSTMENTS?

We are unable to offer price match/adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

  • CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

  • HOW DO RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK?

We want you to slay in your Neïcy order! If you’re not happy for any reason, we accept returns. You can return your items from regular orders and we’ll even cover half of the shipping cost. You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Email us that you wish to return your garment. If you do not send in an email notification you cannot return the item. When returning items, please remember: these items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair and with the original hang tag attached. Where appropriate, we recommend you try on the clothes with an undershirt. Any returns worn, washed, damaged, not in original condition, will be rejected. Returns made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the refund/exchange has been processed. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. While you wait for your return to be process. You can purchase the correct size/colour/style you want for the exchange!

Follow these steps if you would like to make a return: 1. Email us at info@neicyshop.com with the email subject “Return of order#” and the following information: Full Name. Telephone Number. Address. Order Number. Item(s) Returning / Exchanging. If returning: reasons for return.  If exchanging: please indicate new size you would like to exchange for(*). Tracking number of returning package.  2.  Place it in your secure shipping container. 3.  Make sure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package. 4.  Use a trackable and insured shipping method with signature option. We cannot accept COD returns. Please note: Neïcy is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. 5.  Include your order number on the return label. 6.  Mail your return to: Neïcy Inc, 908 - 1 Church Street, Toronto, ON, M5E 1Y6.  

(*) before returning your item make sure that the new size you want is still available online.

Any returns worn, washed, damaged, not in original condition and missing tags, will be rejected.    

  • WHAT ARE THE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS?

All items purchased on final sale are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Credit will not be issued.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T FOLLOW THE POLICY?

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, or missing its hang tag, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded store credit. Instead, we will notify you via email and offer 2 options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at no cost
  2. The item can be donated to a local shelter.

    If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer Option 2.

    • OUT OF STOCK ITEMS ! IS IT COMING BACK?

    Items can sell out quickly since we only stock very few of each style. Some of our items are limited editions, others will be restocked. When an item you love is out of stock, you can require to be notified for whenever it will be available again.

    • DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL BOUTIQUES?

    Neïcy is an online boutique. We also occasionally have pop shops where you can purchase our products and meet us in person. Stay informed on social media (@neicyshop) for the next one close to you!
